We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our leadership team in an ongoing Full time Supervisory Team Leader position at Elements Eatery in Rosebud.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, support and motivate a team
- Maintain strong food & beverage knowledge and high operational standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach
- Uphold commitment to staff and customer excellence

About you

- Minimum 3 years' proven hospitality experience
- Exceptional barista and coffee skills
- Proven ability to lead, support and motivate a team
- Mature, honest, reliable and accountable
- Excellent communication, initiative and common sense
- Calm, organised and confident under pressure




- Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Local knowledge and connection to the Mornington Peninsula
