You're trusted to manage your own schedule, take ownership of the warehouse and play an extremely important role in keeping our projects running smoothly day to day.

About Us

Cotter Floors has been operating since 1955 and is one of Victoria's longest‑established commercial flooring contractors.

We deliver projects across healthcare, education, aged care,



offices and commercial construction throughout Melbourne. Our team of project managers, estimators and support staff work alongside a large network of experienced flooring installers to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Managing day‑to‑day warehouse operations
- Receiving and organising incoming materials
- Delivering flooring materials and equipment to sites across Melbourne
- Manual Handling
- Loading and unloading trucks and vans
- Maintaining tools, equipment and company vehicles
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Liaising with builders, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes

This is a largely self‑managed role and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.

Skills & Experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Medium Rigid licence
- Forklift licence
- White Card
- Working With Children Check

Preferred experience:

- Warehouse, logistics or transport experience
- Construction industry experience
- Delivering materials to building sites
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valuable communication skills
- Safe work practices and attention to detail
