Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to provide individualised psychosocial supports under the recovery model. You will work with consumers to achieve recovery goals and develop personalised plans, with emphasis on independence and community participation.
The role supports adults across NSW, offering flexibly delivered services and documentation in line with organisational requirements. A minimum Certificate IV and 12 months’ experience are required.
