We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to support a participant living in Braybrook, Victoria, who has cerebral palsy, a severe intellectual disability and dysphagia.

The role requires supporting personal care, mobility, mealtime safety, medication assistance and daily living activities, following participant-specific
