Randstad is recruiting on behalf of Australia’s largest member-owned health fund in Parramatta for a Full-Time, permanent Retention Call Centre role. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls to retain members, with a fixed 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule and hybrid work after training.

You’ll need solid communication, resilience and a customer-focused approach to meet KPIs and compliance. Salary starts at $65,237 plus 9.5% shift loading, with discounts and growth opportunities.
