This is a full-time position with a rotating roster that includes a combination of weekday and weekend hours. You will work as part of an experienced team in a busy grocery store butcher shop.

Key responsibilities

- Cutting, trimming and preparing a wide range of meat products
- Preparing display-ready products to a high standard
- Maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays
- Serving and assisting customers when required
- Maintaining excellent food safety and cleanliness standards
- General butcher shop duties
- Working efficiently as part of an experienced team

About you

- A qualified butcher OR an experienced butcher with strong practical skills
- Confident with meat preparation, cutting and presentation
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently




- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Friendly and qualified with customers
- Able to work a roster that includes weekdays and weekends
- Someone who takes genuine pride in producing quality work
