Salmon Earthmoving is part of the Sime Darby Industrial Group & is one of the largest heavy equipment rental companies in Australia. Salmon rents & supports a complete range of Caterpillar & other heavy machinery used in the mining & construction sectors, providing high quality plant for short & long-term hire throughout Australia.

To support our continued growth, we are currently searching for a Site Administrator to join our team based at one of our major projects in the Bowen Basin Region.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project team which includes:

- Coordinate employee, contractor & visitor mobilisations, including flights, accommodation, and site access documentation.
- Ongoing management and coordination of personnel rosters.
- Daily checking and data entry of timesheets, operator paperwork, machine hours & site movements.
- Act as the central point for travel changes, queries and escalations.
- Ensureallsiteadministrationiskeptuptodateusingcorrect proceduresandprotocols.
- General site administration as required

About You:

You’ll thrive in this role if you are highly organised, systems‑minded, and capable of coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced project environment. You enjoy working with people across all disciplines and take pride in running smooth, efficient administrative process & procedures.





- Prior experience in site or project administration position – site-based experience in the mining, construction or energy industry essential.
- Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment.
- Well-developed computer skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
- A proactive, supportive and customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to work within a team setting and proactively assist others when needed
- Basic knowledge and understanding of heavy plant & equipment highly advantageous but not essential
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

The successful candidate must hold or obtain a Coal Board Medical Health Assessment
