We are seeking a site-based HSEQ Coordinator to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality outcomes across a live construction project.
This role combines systems compliance with a hands‐on presence on site to ensure secure and productive operations.
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
Pre-starts, site safety walks & inspections
Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
Ensure legislation is adhered to
Investigate and report on any incidents
Provide training to team members
Conduct reviews and risk analysis
Manage and develop relationships with employees and subcontractors
Rostered Saturday
To be considered for the role:
Minimum Cert IV in OH&S;
12+ months ' experience in a Health & Safety role working for a head contractor
Experience working on commercial projects
Strong understanding of latest OH&S; legislation
Ability to work in a fast‐paced setting and manage deadline
