The role

We are looking for an organised and personable Admin Sales Assistant to join our team, working primarily with our international customers. You will be the friendly, reliable point of contact who keeps orders moving smoothly from enquiry through to delivery, while providing the warm, considered service our customers have come to expect.

This is a diverse role that blends customer care, sales support, and day-to-day administration. It would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working across different time zones and markets.

What you will be doing

- Acting as a key point of contact for our international wholesale and retail customers, responding to enquiries by email and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Processing and managing orders accurately from start to finish, including order entry, confirmations, and follow up




- Coordinating international shipping and freight, preparing the necessary documentation, and keeping customers updated on the status of their orders
- Supporting the sales team with quotes, account maintenance, and customer records
- Liaising with our warehouse and logistics partners to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time
- Handling customer queries around stock, lead times, and product details with care and accuracy
- Maintaining tidy and up to date records across our systems
- Providing general administrative support to keep our sales operation running smoothly

What we are looking for

- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, ideally with exposure to international customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm and professional manner
- Robust organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Confidence working with computers and order or inventory systems (experience with Shopify or similar is a bonus)
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and a genuine willingness to help
- Comfortable working across international time zones and an appreciation for different markets and cultures
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and an interest in our brand and product
