Newcastle Anglican is seeking caring home care workers to support aged care participants in the community, helping them live independently with warmth, flexibility and a supportive team. You'll help plan and deliver person-centred care, communicate openly with families, and maintain dignity and safety.

The role offers flexible schedule, salary packaging up to $611/fortnight, rewards, career development, Fitness Passport, and parental leave after 12 months.
