About the role

We're growing our team and looking for an organised, reliable person to support our project managers day-to-day. This is a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

You'll work closely with our project management team, keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. This role suits someone detail-oriented who enjoys structure, admin, and coordination — and who already has some exposure to the building/construction world.

Key responsibilities

- Assist project managers with day-to-day administration
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules
- Organise and tag emails
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to confirm bookings and deliveries
- Keep project files,



trackers and registers up to date
- Provide general support to keep projects on track

About you

- Exposure to the building/construction industry (essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with basic admin tools (Excel/Word)
- Experience with Buildertrend is a plus, but not essential
- Good communicator, comfortable liaising with trades and clients
- Junior or graduate candidates welcome, provided they meet the industry exposure requirement
- Full training and mentoring from experienced project managers
