This role would suit a graduate or early-career procurement qualified with an ICT, business, commerce or related degree and with practical procurement experience. You will support sourcing, contracting and supplier management activities across technology and indirect categories, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across ICT and indirect categories.
- Assist with tenders, evaluations, commercial analysis, negotiations and contract awards.
- Prepare procurement and contract documentation.
- Support ongoing contract administration, including variations, claims and milestones.
- Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
- Undertake market research and supplier analysis.
- Maintain accurate procurement and contract records and support reporting requirements.
- Contribute to procurement process and category improvements.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Degree in ICT, business, commerce, procurement or a related discipline.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or contract administration.
- Exposure to ICT procurement, technology services or indirect categories will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of procurement and contracting processes.
- Strong analytical,



organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Experience with ERP, procurement or Procure-to-Pay systems advantageous.
- Current C Class driver's licence and willingness to travel between locations.
