Banyule City Council is seeking a Statutory Enforcement Officer to support protected, compliant and high-quality building outcomes.
You will lead investigations into building-related complaints and manage enforcement actions, collaborating with the Municipal Building Surveyor to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
The role requires registration as BuildingSurveyor/Inspector,knowledge of the Building Act and related regulations, and robust communication to stakeholders across the Council.
