We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to assist with a growing workload across a range of construction, property and strata related matters. About the role
You will work directly with the firm principal on a variety of matters, including:
Residential and commercial conveyancing
Building and construction disputes
Strata and property law matters
Legal research, document preparation and client correspondence
The role is full time, offering flexibility to WFH and in the office and the prospect to work with a boutique firm that values precision, efficiency and excellence in client service.
About you




We welcome applications from
lawyers with between 1 and 5 years PQE
.
You will ideally have:
Experience in at least one of the following: conveyancing, property law, construction law or strata law
Strong attention to detail and drafting skills
Ability to manage files and deadlines independently
A proactive and professional approach to work
Experience with NSW conveyancing and electronic settlements (PEXA) will be highly regarded.
