Job Requirements

Are you a "hands-on" professional who loves the outdoors and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment? Camplify is looking for aDepot Coordinatorto spearhead our Managed Services operations at theJB Caravans dealership in Melbourne (Pakenham / Campbellfield).

This is a unique hybrid role combining fleet logistics, technical RV inductions,



and high-touch customer service. You will be the "on-the-ground" expert ensuring our owners' assets are protected and our hirers have the trip of a lifetime.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handovers & Drop-offs:Managing the daily flow of RV rentals, providing comprehensive safety and operational briefings to hirers.

Technical Onboarding:Inducting new RVs into the managed program, performing mechanical "health checks" and digital inspections.

Sales & Conversion:Educating hirers on Accident Excess Reduction (AER) and converting enquiries into paid bookings.

- Fleet Maintenance:Troubleshooting basic RV systems (12V, plumbing, towing) and maintaining "rental-ready" standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

Mechanically Minded:You understand how trailers and caravans work. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty or troubleshoot a technical issue.

Sales DNA:You are comfortable "upselling" protection products and closing leads.

Tech-Savvy:You can navigate CRM tools and digital inspection apps with ease.

Flexible:You are available to workSaturdays and Sundays(our peak periods).

Working Location and Schedule:

Base:Primary location is the JB Dealership in Melbourne (Pakenham/Campbellfield).

Head Office:Quarterly attendance atWickham HQ (Newcastle).

Schedule:A rostered 5-day week thatincludes Saturdays and Sundays, as these are our busiest periods for handovers and returns.
