We are looking for qualified Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen brigade.

Nu NuRestaurantis open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Nu Nu has been recognised as the Good Food Guide's Regional Restaurant of the Year. You will be working in the regions most dynamic and exciting kitchen utilisinglocal market produce and unique tropical ingredients.

In addition to cooking, responsibilities will include providing support to the Head Chef in the areas of:-

- Training and mentoring apprentice chefs,
- Assisting with managing supplier relationships,
- Assisting with stock and cost control,
- Adhering to the guidelines of the restaurant's food safety program

The successful candidate will possess:-

- Experience working in a busy, quick paced environment,
- Excellent communication and organisational skills,
- Energetic and passionate about food and hospitality,
- Be motivated, professional with a positive attitude.

Proven experience in a similar role is essential.

Flexibility in work hours essential.

Skills and experience required: Minimum 2 years work experience as a qualified chef and relevant Diploma qualifications.
