Accord Care – Victoria Branch seeks a Service Coordinator to oversee day-to-day disability support services across multiple Victorian locations with a solid SIL focus. You will lead, mentor and manage Disability Support Worker teams, travel across Victoria, and ensure services meet participant plans and NDIA standards.

The role is hybrid, full time, based in Melbourne, with a salary range of $95,000–$100,000 plus Superannuation, and a company vehicle provided.
