The Apollo Group is a collective of celebrated restaurants across Sydney, Brisbane and Tokyo, including The Apollo, The Apollo Ginza, Cho Cho San, Olympus Dining, Greca and Yoko Dining, with two ecxiting current venues opening at Wunderlich Lane in Surry Hills this October. We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to join our HQ team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment and wants to grow within a group that champions collaboration, progression and individuality. With two new restaurants opening in October, there's never been a better time to join.

The role:

You'll be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, coordinating group bookings and supporting venue teams with pre-service communication. You'll also assist with event planning and liaise with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure service runs smoothly and every guest feels seen and looked after.

What you bring:

A warm and confident phone manner

Experience in restaurant reservations or host roles (ideally with SevenRooms)

A genuine love of hospitality and attention to detail

Weekend availability
