First Aid White Card Casual Trainer & Assessor

TESS is seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver nationally recognised First Aid and White Card training programs in the Maryborough region. TESS currently delivers regular First Aid training in Maryborough and has an established training presence across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging face-to-face First Aid and White Card training.
- Assess student competency in accordance with training package and RTO requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and assessment documentation.
- Support learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA Standards, TESS policies, and industry requirements.

Essential Requirements

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).




- Current industry experience relevant to First Aid and Construction Induction training.
- Current HLTAID009, HLTAID011 and HLTAID012 competencies (or equivalent).
- White Card competency and experience delivering CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry.
- Current Blue Card and Driver's Licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

Desirable

- Experience working within RTO environments.
- Experience delivering training to job seekers, school-based cohorts, or community groups.
- Ability to travel occasionally to surrounding areas.
