The Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for managing one of our restaurants, supporting an incredible team, and growing the THISBOWL brand with us. You'll lead Restaurant Supervisors and Mixers to deliver delicious food, and exceptional customer experiences, every time.

Key Responsibilities

- Role model and reinforce THISBOWL's people and culture standards
- Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth
- Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
- Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
- Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
- Supervise and coach team members to grow with us.

The Interview Process

Here's what you can expect during our recruitment process:

- Initial pre-screen call with our Recruitment team (20 min)
- 1st round interview - diving deeper into your experience and the scope of the role (45 min)
- In-store trial with one of our Operations leaders - getting on the mix with one of our teams (2 hours)
- Final interview - wrap up of your trial and the role (1 hour)
- Reference checks and move to offer.
