About the Role

Coordinate vendor, BDM and auction workflows at Pooraka, reporting to the Auction Services Manager. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and offshore support to keep each sale ready, visible and moving to completion.

Duties

- Coordinate vendor and BDM workflows from onboarding to close
- Confirm vendor links, reserves, GST and listing documents
- Track live sale changes, removals and vendor site packs
- Follow up receipting, refunds and purchase orders
- Maintain SAMOS records, report risks and escalate blockers





Skills & Experience

- 3–4 years in administration or operational coordination
- High-volume workflow and stakeholder coordination experience
- Strong systems capability and meticulous attention to detail
- Practical communication and sound prioritisation judgement
- SAMOS or auction/operations system experience preferred
