Our client is a well-established facilities services provider renowned for maintaining safe, sustainable, and functional environments across various sectors. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer to join their team at a prestigious school located in theHawthornarea.

Key Responsibilities
- General building and grounds maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep
- Assisting with tasks such as painting, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and basic carpentry
- Responding to maintenance requests and ensuring a high standard of work
- Supporting site improvement projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Helping with moving furniture, equipment,
and general upkeep around the school grounds
About You
- Proven experience in general maintenance OR qualified tradesperson looking to expand into maintenance
- Able to handle a variety of trades tasks, including painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Driver’s licence required
- Ability to pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check

- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super
- Full-time hours – Day shift, Monday to Friday
