Amazon Logistics in Victoria is seeking an Operations Manager (Sortation Shift) to lead a team of Shift Managers and drive daily logistics performance at the Yallourn site. You will own workforce planning, shifts, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet our delivery promises.

You will report to the Site Lead and may work night shifts. The role requires robust people leadership, problem-solving, and a track record of Lean/process improvement within quick-paced operations.
