BlueStar Global Logistics seeks an experienced HR Advisor for parental leave cover. This part time role (8 months) is 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu) 9:00am–3:00pm, reporting to the CFO. You will provide end-to-end HR support across the business, ensuring Australian employment compliance and policy adherence.

You will assist with employee relations, recruitment, contracts, leave management, HR records, and policy development, while enabling continuity of HR support with the HR Manager.
