Make every shift matter
As a Registered Nurse at Fairfield Grange (Townsville) , you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents while supporting and guiding a team of Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses.
You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and families while playing a key role in helping older Australians live with dignity, comfort and respect.
In this role, you'll:
- Deliver high-quality clinical and holistic care to residents
- Support and mentor Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses
- Contribute to care planning and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Administer medications and manage clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and best-practice care
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
- Help create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment
About you You may be a parent returning to the workforce, looking to reduce your hours, or seeking a role that offers better balance while still using your clinical skills and experience.
We'll value:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two years' recent nursing experience
- Demonstrated clinical competence within aged care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
