As an Customer Account Manager, you will work with our established network of music retailers, helping customers with product enquiries, orders and sales opportunities across our range of musical instruments and accessories. Working as part of our sales team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handle inbound enquiries and identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Handling inbound customer enquiries and sales opportunities
- Promoting and selling musical instruments and accessories
- Providing knowledgeable product advice and recommendations
- Processing and following up customer orders and enquiries
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts
- Supporting promotions, new product releases and sales initiatives
- Working closely with our wider sales, purchasing and warehouse teams
- Providing the high level of customer service AMS is known for

About you

- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Experience within the musical instrument, music retail or related industry highly regarded
- Knowledge of musical instruments, accessories and/or music technology




- The ability to play and confidently demonstrate a musical instrument
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working as part of a busy sales team
- A genuine desire to provide an excellent experience for customers
