Holcim Australia and New Zealand is inviting graduates to join a 12-month Aggregates program, working across multiple quarry sites and teams to gain practical, on-the-ground experience.
The program starts 16 November 2026 and is open to final-year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or related fields, who are Australian/Recent Zealand citizens or permanent residents and willing to relocate regionally or interstate as required.
