Regional Group Australia are seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team at our Dandenong Concrete Plant, Victoria.

You will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to load, move and distribute our materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate front-end loaders and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load materials such as gravel, soil, rock, or raw products into trucks or processing equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Follow site safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members and site supervisors to meet production goals.
- Record and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements:

- Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
- Valid operator's licence or ticket.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Positive communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and police check
- Full working rights in Australia.
