We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Solutions Specialist to join our growing Recoveries and Collections team. In this role, you'll work with customers to resolve outstanding accounts, negotiate tailored payment arrangements, support customers experiencing financial hardship, and deliver positive outcomes while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls relating to outstanding accounts and recoveries activities
- Supporting customers experiencing financial hardship or vulnerability
- Negotiating fair and sustainable payment arrangements
- Resolving account enquiries and overcoming objections while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Delivering excellent customer service while achieving recoveries and collections activities
- Maintaining accurate account records and adhering to compliance requirements and company policies

- Excellent time management and attention to detail

- Previous experience in recoveries, collections, customer service, financial services, or account management
- Experience assisting customers experiencing hardship or vulnerability
- Experience negotiating payment arrangements and managing delinquent accounts
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
