Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and personable Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them with their vehicle service and repair needs. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and understand their service needs.

Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance, and repair requests.

Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs.

Estimate costs, provide timelines, and update customers throughout the service process.





Review completed work with customers, answer any questions, and handle payments.

Maintain strong knowledge of Subaru, Honda, and Isuzu vehicles and stay updated on service practices.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with Subaru, Honda, GMSV and Isuzu UTE vehicles is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Attitude: Positive, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
