We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Technical Service Officer to join our growing team and support customers across Australia, Recent Zealand, Asia, Europe, and the USA.

About the role

Based at our headquarters in North Geelong, this role combines technical support, customer engagement, and field work. The role includes travel throughout Australia and New Zealand for customer site visits, installations, and audits.

Key responsibilities

- Providing software and hardware support and fault diagnosis via remote access
- Delivering customer training on FE Technologies products and solutions
- Providing remote technical assistance to field technicians
- Conducting site audits, installations, and commissioning activities
- Collaborating with colleagues across project, service, and development teams
- Contributing to the ongoing success and improvement of our service team

About you

- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Windows, computer networking, and software deployment




- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train users and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting software, network, hardware, and driver-related issues
- A current driver's licence and valid passport
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Experience with electronics, PLCs, or similar technologies
- A degree or diploma qualification in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
