A rare prospect has become available to join our team as a Casual Camp Leader at Cottage by the Sea, located on the beautiful beachfront in Queenscliff.

As a Camp Leader, you will help create secure, inclusive and memorable experiences for campers while working in a unique seaside setting.

About the role:

Lead and support groups of children during camp programs
n
Facilitate engaging and inclusive activities
n
Provide positive role modelling and pastoral care
n




Work collaboratively within a supportive team
n
Casual shifts across camp programs
n
Requirements:
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Current Police Check
n
Light Rigid (LR) licence or higher strongly recommended
n
Community Surf Life Saving Certificate (or higher) strongly recommended
n
Relevant training or qualifications in Youth Work, Community Services, Childcare, Outdoor Recreation, Teaching or related fields highly regarded
