RACV is seeking an experienced operational leader to head Metropolitan Emergency Roadside Assistance Operations in Melbourne. Reporting to the General Manager Automotive Services, the role shapes strategic direction, performance and continuous improvement across the metropolitan roadside network.
You will lead a leadership team, oversee contractor partnerships, workforce planning and safety, while driving innovation, data-led decisions and exceptional member experiences for RACV's metropolitan
