Andaz Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Pool Club operations, spanning poolside, dining and bar. You will coach the team, manage rosters, uphold service standards and ensure guest satisfaction in a vibrant, pre-opening setting on the Gold Coast.

You will collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver seamless guest journeys, while maintaining safety, cleanliness and cost control. RSA certification and Australian work rights are required.
