Transform NDIS Supports is seeking a Registered Nurse to support participants with clinical needs in a community setting in Adelaide. The role is casual/part time, requiring 2–3 days per week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexible arrangements based on service needs.

You will develop care plans, perform wound care, manage medications, and coordinate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, person-centred care with thorough documentation.
