The SIL Company in Western Sydney is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers for permanent and casual roles. You will provide drop-in and SIL support to participants, helping them maintain safety, comfort and routine with reassurance as needed.

This role focuses on psychosocial support, assisting participants to live more independently and improve well‑being. Current driver’s license and NSW eligibility are required, with a genuine passion for helping others. #J-18808-Ljbffr
