Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will work alongside hotel leaders to improve financial results, enhance guest experiences, strengthen operational disciplines and deliver long-term value across multiple properties. You will also play a key role in capital investment planning, hotel repositioning projects and leadership development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive operational and financial performance across the hotel portfolio
- Support and mentor General Managers to achieve budget, EBITDA and guest satisfaction targets
- Analyse performance metrics and implement practical improvement strategies
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across labour, procurement and operations
- Lead operational reviews, audits and quality assurance programs
- Partner with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to support commercial objectives
- Lead CapEx planning,
refurbishment projects and asset enhancement initiatives
- Develop future leaders and contribute to succession planning across the portfolio
About you
- Multi-property hotel management experience
- Robust commercial and financial acumen
- A track record of improving profitability and operational performance
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with owners and senior executives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the portfolio
