Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency lawyer (6+ PQE) to join its Sydney practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated restructuring, insolvency and distressed situations matters within a prestigious international platform.
The team advises a broad range of clients including major financial institutions, corporates, insolvency practitioners, investors and other stakeholders across complex domestic and cross-border matters, primarily on transactional aspects of restructuring and insolvency.
The role will have you working on significant matters involving corporate restructurings, formal insolvency processes, and distressed transactions. There will also be exposure to complex disputes and advisory work arising from financially distressed situations.

About you:
- Australia or New Zealand qualified with high academic achievement
- 6+ years' post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency
- Experience gained at a leading Australian or international law firm
- Strong technical experience across restructuring, insolvency and related disputes
- Collaborative, commercially minded and keen to work on sophisticated matters
