We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to lead the technical and commercial performance of a growing portfolio of wind, solar & battery storage assets . This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who combines strong renewable energy expertise with commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills and a passion for operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and mentoring a high-performing asset management team.
- Driving performance, reliability and optimisation across renewable energy assets.
- Managing contracts, budgets, governance and compliance activities.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, service providers and regulatory bodies.
- Implementing data-driven processes,



digital systems and AI-enabled tools to enhance operational performance and reporting.
- Supporting the continued growth and scalability of a rapidly expanding portfolio.

About You

- Proven experience managing operating renewable energy assets across wind, solar and/or battery storage.
- Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience within the Australian energy market, ideally across NEM-connected assets.
- Engineering, project management or related tertiary qualification.
- A proactive, outcomes-focused mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
