Blackbook Executive is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a Melbourne-area manufacturing site, driving safety, quality and lean performance while leveraging data and technology to transform operations.

You will own the production plan, lead Lean Six Sigma, manage budgeting and partner with HR, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance to achieve customer and business goals. A robust digital mindset and hands-on leadership are essential.
