Bayswater Bar & Grill in Hervey Bay is seeking a Duty Manager to help run daily operations on the floor and lead the team during shifts.
You will support the Venue Manager with end-to-end service, ensuring calm, hands-on leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
You will oversee shifts, cash handling, and compliance across food & beverage, gaming, TAB and KENO, while coaching staff to maintain a positive culture.
Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
