Paxus is seeking a Business Readiness Lead to drive the preparation for a contemporary ERP rollout in Brisbane.
You will collaborate with operational teams and SMEs to ensure recent processes are practical, understood and adopted.
You will review and redesign processes, create explicit documentation, run change and training activities, and enable a smooth transition to the new ERP workplace across the organisation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and user readiness.
