The Role

You’ll lead the continued growth of an established quantitative insights team, including:

- Working closely with the Sydney MD to go to market on all things quant
- Acting as a 2IC to the national Head of Quant
- Forging strong relationships with clients
- Leading quantitative thinking and deliverables
- Managing and growing the Sydney quant team
- Contributing to strategic planning and new business growth
- Bringing commercial thinking to every client engagement
- Remaining hands-on with quantitative research and consulting





This agency is known for its culture of experimentation, creativity and strategy.

The majority of its work is ad hoc and strategic, spanning opportunity identification and prioritisation, cultural modelling, market entry, segmentation, choice modelling, U&A;, category drivers, innovation/NPD, consumer demand spaces, positioning and pricing.

The bigger the question, the better.

And the client mix is just as wide-ranging, spanning major Grocery and FMCG brands through to Sports, Arts, Culture, Government and NFP.

About You

We’re looking for a seasoned quantitative strategist with:

- Deep, hands-on expertise in complex quantitative methodologies and client consulting
- Experience in a leadership role in another strategic insights agency.
- Broad experience across methodologies, sectors and business challenges
- A passion for developing people and building capability
- Commercial acumen, curiosity and the ambition to help shape the future of the agency
