Senior Technology Consulting Manager- Hybrid Cloud

Sr Technical Consultant / Solution Architect who has experience in design, deploying, testing and documentation of Data Center and Hybrid Cloud solutions based on VMware/Nutanix/Microsoft/Red Hat, Storage solution based on Lenovo/NetAPP, network devices from Cisco/Nvidia/Arista, and backup solution from Veeam/Commvault. You will work on Lenovo Hybrid AI solutions involving Nvidia AI Enterprise, Nvidia AI factory. Your work will help customers unlock the full potential of Latest Hybrid Cloud and AI technologies by managing deployments that ensure AI adoption and optimization of AI models in real-world use cases.

Key responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality, secure, and scalable data center infrastructure solutions including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, power and cooling systems, and physical security measures
- Design and deployment of solutions based on VMware VCF, Nutanix NCI/NCM, MS Azure Local HCI, Red hat OpenShift, Nvidia AI Enterprise
- Serve as a technical leader, fostering an inclusive workplace where all team members feel valued and respected, and enable individuals to thrive and grow both personally and professionally
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and perspectives, identify technical challenges,



and create comprehensive cloud solution architectures and strategies
- Lead the implementation and deployment of data center and hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions
- Assess customer existing infra, prepare migration design, schedules, perform migration service, transfer knowledge to the team for volume migrations
- Validate and optimize the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of deployed data center and hybrid cloud solutions
- Advocate for strong security measures that protect the privacy and data of all users, ensuring solutions are compliant with diverse global regulations and standards
- Collaborate on creating effective disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology or Engineering
- 10-12 years of consulting experience in designing cloud solutions or services within Data center environment
- End-to-end work experience on transformation or migration projects
- Professional certifications on Hybrid cloud preferred
- Experience in design, deploy and support of large production environments for enterprise customers
