Our client is seeking an experienced VP of Growth to lead the day-to-day operations and drive the continued growth of a growing business based in Bibra Lake. This senior leadership role is suited to a commercially focused leader with strong financial, operational and people management skills.

This is a permanent, full time position offering $220,000 plus superannuation, with the opportunity to work closely with an established entrepreneur, take ownership of business performance and drive significant growth.

What you’ll be doing:

- Taking ownership of the P&L; and overall financial performance
- Driving top-line and bottom-line growth, including gross profit and EBITDA
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve financial targets
- Preparing and presenting financial reports, budgets and forecasts
- Leading, developing and building high-performing teams
- Hiring exceptional people and developing strong managers
- Creating a culture of accountability, curiosity and service excellence
- Improving systems, processes and operational performance
- Staying close to frontline operations and identifying customer pain points
- Continuously improving the customer experience
- Setting strategy, priorities and business goals
- Allocating resources and making fast, data-informed decisions
- Working closely with the General Manager as part of a collaborative leadership partnership
- Collaborating with finance, people, product and integration teams




- Supporting significant organic growth and future M&A; initiatives

What you’ll need:

- University degree, with MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- A strong track record of delivering measurable commercial and operational results
- Senior leadership or small-to-medium business general management experience preferred
- Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and P&L; experience
- FP&A; experience
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in people management
- Experience hiring, training and developing high-performing teams
- A resourceful, hands-on approach with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
- The ability to work hard, learn quickly and thrive in a growing business
- Previous trades experience is not essential; however, candidates must demonstrate a genuine respect for the trades
