Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Data Migration Consultant to join our Consulting team and play a key role in leading complex data migration programs across our SaaS ERP platform.

This is a senior individual contributor role, suited to an experienced data migration specialist who wants to remain hands-on while providing technical leadership across complex ERP implementations. This is not a people management role.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders and customer leadership teams to design, lead and deliver large-scale data migration programs, bringing the technical expertise and experience to turn complex data challenges into structured, practical migration strategies.

What you'll be doing…

- Lead large-scale, multi-workstream data migration programs end-to-end across complex enterprise environments
- Define migration strategies, architecture and delivery frameworks for SaaS ERP implementations
- Provide technical leadership across migration engagements, setting direction and guiding other consultants while remaining hands-on in delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, providing guidance on data transformation, governance and risk
- Conduct current-state data assessments across complex ERP and source systems and shape migration strategies and roadmaps
- Oversee data mapping, transformation design and validation frameworks across multiple engagements
- Review and guide the work of consultants and specialists to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across customer and internal delivery teams
- Lead post-migration reconciliation and sign-off processes to ensure data integrity and business readiness
- Contribute to pre-sales engagements, including solution design,



effort estimation and proposal development
- Drive continuous improvement of migration methodologies, tools and best practices
- Mentor and support other consultants, contributing to capability uplift across the migration function
- Significant hands-on experience leading complex, end-to-end data migration programs within ERP environments
- Demonstrated experience operating as a senior technical specialist or individual contributor within complex implementation programs
- Strong experience migrating data between enterprise systems, including extraction, transformation, mapping, validation and reconciliation
- Deep understanding of data migration architecture, ETL design, data modelling and relational databases
- Advanced technical capability in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Strong technical leadership capability, with the ability to mentor and guide other consultants while remaining hands-on in delivery
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in complex delivery environments
- Experience contributing to pre-sales activities such as solution scoping, estimation and proposal development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior and executive audiences
- Good understanding of data governance, privacy, security and regulatory considerations within enterprise environments
