You'll oversee skilled and support staff, coordinate workforce development and ensure pharmacy services are efficient, contemporary and aligned with SA Pharmacy strategic priorities, policies, legislation and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

- You’ll contribute to medication safety, drug and pharmacy policy, quality improvement and service development, while providing expert advice through committees, working groups and state-wide and national forums.
- Step into a key leadership role as Deputy Director of Pharmacy Services - Operations and Distribution, where you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of designated pharmacy services and help shape safe, high-quality and patient-responsive care.
- Combining advanced pharmacy expertise with strong leadership, you’ll guide complex professional services, optimise patient outcomes and support the education,



training and development of pharmacists, interns, students and support staff.
- You’ll also lead or support key SA Pharmacy portfolios, helping drive strategic priorities and continually improve pharmacy practice and patient care.

What you need

- To be successful in this role, you will: Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy and be registered or eligible with the Pharmacy Board of Austr.
- To be successful in this role, you will: Bring extensive hospital pharmacy experience and strong clinical expertise.
