Pantoro Gold is seeking an Open Pit Manager to lead the surface mining operation at the Norseman Gold Project in Western Australia. You will direct the open pit team, manage the mining contractor relationship and ensure production, safety and compliance align with Pantoro’s goals.

Reporting to Mining Manager, you will drive short- and medium-term planning, coordinate with Technical Services and operations, and foster a robust safety culture across site and contractor teams.
