The Fresh Collective is seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor to lead service at Strathfield Golf Club, focusing on Bistro 18 and the Halfway Kiosk.
You will oversee daily operations, coach FOH staff, and ensure a warm, productive guest experience for members and visitors.
Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will own service during shifts, run briefs, and maintain high standards of presentation, safety and responsible service of alcohol, while supporting events as required.
