Job Description
State of Victoria is seeking a Senior Program Officer to support applicants through the redress process in a thoughtful, trauma‐informed manner.
You will assess applications, provide explicit recommendations, and manage a caseload with sensitivity to complex health and trauma needs.
You will collaborate with colleagues to improve scheme operations, maintain records, and uphold qualified boundaries while guiding applicants step by step through the process.
